MCSO Detectives have completed their investigation of this case. During the search of the suspects' vehicle, Detectives recovered the items which had been stolen from the restaurant, including currency and two pies.
The case is being presented to the Multnomah County District Attorney's Office for prosecution.

Two suspects have been identified in this morning's armed robbery at Shari's Restaurant.
Kimberlee Riedy, age 51, and Christopher Briggs, age 42, were arrested and booked into the Multnomah County Detention Center. Both face charges of Robbery I and Robbery II, and are also being held on probation/parole detainers.

On 01-24-18 at approximately 3:24am MCSO Deputies were dispatched to an armed robbery at the Shari's Restaurant in Troutdale. The male suspect, reportedly armed with a handgun, had fled the scene in a vehicle prior to deputies arriving. A short time later, Gresham Police Officers located a vehicle matching the suspect vehicle description. The occupants have been detained and are being interviewed by MCSO Detectives. There is no additional information available at this time.
