The deceased has been identified as 55 year old Jeffrey Belluschi of Portland, OR. The medical examiners office has determined he died of natural causes.

On Thursday, 01/12/2017, at approximately 11:00 a.m. Multnomah County Sheriff's deputies responded to a report that resident on NW Penridge Rd. was walking in the area and discovered a neighbor who had collapsed near his home. Crews from Tualatin Valley Fire and Rescue responded along with MCSO deputies to the residence, where it was determined the adult male was deceased. Sheriff Mike Reese also arrived on scene to assist in this call for service.
MCSO deputies conducted an investigation, no signs of foul play were present. The body has been turned over to the Oregon State Medical Examiners Office. No further details are available pending identification and family notifications.
